| Students are required to wear the Unit 5 physical education uniform. |
| The Unit 5 uniform consists of a grey shirt with the student's last name written on the back and black shorts. Order forms are available in the main office. If purchased through the school, each piece is $10. |
| LOCK |
| A combination Master lock is required for each student for their physical education locker. |
| These may be purchased in the main office for $6.00. |
| POLAR STRAP |
| Polar heart rate monitor straps will be used during physical education classes. Incoming 6th graders and new students to CJHS can purchase during registration at the beginning of the year. |
